经泪囊鼻腔改良吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎42例

The treatment of 42 cases of the chronic dacryocystitis with modified dacryocystorhinostomy

目的:观察经泪囊鼻腔改良吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效。方法:回顾性分析2010年2月至2013年7月收治42例慢性泪囊炎患者,采用经泪囊鼻腔改良吻合术治疗,术后随访1年,总结手术治疗效果。结果:42例患者中,达到治愈效果的39例(92.9%)、好转2例(4.8%),未愈1例(2.4%),总有效率97.6%。结论:经泪囊鼻腔改良吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎,手术成功率高,并发症少,适合于经济欠发达地区临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of the chronic dacryocystitis . Methods：42 cases of chronic dacryocystitis admitted from February 2010 to July 2013 underwent the treatment of the modified dacryocystorhinosto-my and then retrospectively analyzed, with the postoperative therapeutic effect summarized during 1-year follow-up.Results：Among all these ca-ses, 39 cases（92.9 %）were cured, 2 cases（4.8 %）improved and 1 case （2.4 %） unrecovered, with the total efficiency 97.6 %.Conclusion：Modified dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of the chronic dacryocystitis shows advantages such as high success rate of operation , low postoper-ative complication and is suitable for clinical application in the undeveloped region .
