经阴道超声和腹部超声对子宫内膜病变诊断对比研究

Comparative study of diagnosis on uterus endometrial lesions with transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound

目的:对比研究经阴道超声和腹部超声对子宫内膜病变诊断情况。方法:将我院自2011年1月至2013年1月期间收治的96例子宫内膜病变患者同时采用腹部超声方法和阴道超声方法检查子宫内膜病变,将两种检查结果与经过诊刮和手术病理检查的结果进行对比,分析各自的准确性。结果:经腹部超声方法检查,子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜炎、子宫黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜癌准确率分别为72.5%、72.0%、71.4%、60.0%、80.0%;经阴道超声方法检查,子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜炎、子宫黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜癌准确率分别为92.5%、92.0%、85.7%、80.0%、100.0%,采用阴道超声方法诊断的准确率明显高于腹部超声方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声对子宫内膜病变诊断的准确率显著高于腹部超声,更具有诊断价值,值得推广。

Objective：To comparatively explore the diagnosis of uterus endometrial lesions with transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultra-sound.Methods：96 cases of uterus endometrial lesion admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were given abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examination for the identifying of uterus endometrial lesions , and then the accuracy of the two examination methods was analyzed, after the comparison between the examination results from the two methods mentioned above and that from curettage and pathology .Re-sults：When abdominal ultrasound examination was performed, the accuracy rate of endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyp, endometritis, uter-ine submucous myoma, and endometrial cancer respectively was 72.5 %, 72 %, 71.4 %, 60 %, and 80 %, while the accurate rate of endome-trial hyperplasia, endometritis, endometrial polyps, submucous myoma of uterus, and endometrial carcinoma respectively was 92.5 %, 92 %, 85. 7 %, 80 %, and 100 % using transvaginal ultrasound examination.The accuracy rate of diagnosis with transvaginal ultrasound method was higher than that with abdominal ultrasound method, with difference statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The accurate rate of diagnosis with transvaginal ultrasound for uterus endometrial lesions is significantly higher than that with abdominal ultrasound , so the former is of more diagnostic value, worthy of promotion.
