一次性无菌保护套在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中的应用

Application of disposable sterile protective jacket in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery

目的:探讨一次性无菌保护套在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中的应用价值。方法:通过术中使用传统双层干纱布垫保护切口与应用改良无菌保护套保护伤口作比较,观察两种保护伤口方法手术后伤口感染情况和肿瘤复发率。结果:对照组在手术后有11例患者的伤口发生感染,而观察组患者无一例患者出现感染;且对照组术后肿瘤复发率达到10.0%,而观察组患者的肿瘤复发率仅2.0%;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无菌保护套使用操作简单,能明显提高手术治疗效果,利于术后患者恢复,降低术后患者感染的发生,同时减少肿瘤复发率。

Objective：To investigate the application value of disposable sterile protective jacket in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery .Meth-ods：Patients were divided into the control group treated by using the traditional double dry gauze pad to protect the incision and the observation group treated by using the improved sterile protective sleeve, the wound infection and tumor recurrence rate in the two groups being compared.Re-sults：There were 11 patients whose wounds were infected in the control group, while there were no patients whose wounds were infected in the ob-servation group;and the postoperative tumor recurrence rate of the control group was up to 10.0 %, while that of the observation group was only 2. 0 %.The difference was significant （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using disposable sterile protective jacket in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery can improve the efficacy, help patients to recover and reduce the wound infection and the tumor recurrence rate.
