摘要
包钢开发了圆坯连铸数学模型对20CrMnTi钢凝固过程进行数值模拟计算,精确计算铸坯凝固进程,指导连铸工艺控制与二冷优化等技术措施,精确控制铸坯温度场与凝固终点位置,使20CrMnTi圆形铸坯中间裂纹、中心裂纹得到稳定控制,中心疏松和缩孔得到明显改善。
With the mathematical model of continuous casting for round blooms developed by Baotou Steel, the numeri- cal simulation for solidification process of 20CrMnTi steel could be calculated precisely,which could guide such technical measures as technical control of continuous casting and optimization of secondary cooling. As a result, the temperature field and final solidification point of casting blanks could be controlled precisely so that the internal and chevron cracks of 20CrMnTi round bloom are controlled steadily as well as center porosity and center line shrinkage are obviously improved.
