摘要
以2004年青海省国家级公益林生态效益补偿政策实施为背景,分析了集体和个人公益林管护中存在的问题,并提出了今后青海省集体和个人公益林管护的相关政策建议。
At the background of the implement of state - level non-commercial forest ecological benefit compensation policy in 2004 in Qinghai Province, the paper analyzing the problems existing in the collective and personal non-commercial forest, and put forward relevant policy suggestions about collective personal noncommercial forest in Qinghai Province in the future.
