分析了湟中县农田灌溉现状,就湟中县农田水利基础设施建设提出从加强组织领导、分级管理、拓宽筹资渠道、健全规章制度、依法治水管水、加强队伍建设六个方面治理对策,以促进全县农田水利基础设施建设与管理事业健康有序发展。

This paper analysis farmland irrigation and water conservancy infrastructure construction of Huangzhong County, countermeasures were put forward to strengthen the organization and leadership, from the classification management, broaden the financing channels, improve rules and regulations, in accordance with the law, strengthen the construction of water management six aspects, to promote the orderly development of the county＇ s farmland water conservancy infrastructure construction and management of public health.
