孟浩然骨貌淑清、风神散朗,诗如其人。其诗具有清雄、清旷、清淡、清凛、清幽、清净、清逸、清兴等各种不同艺术特色的意境。这与他生活和漫游的地区独特地理环境、崇尚隐逸的精神追求及向往道家"三清"境界有关,也是他追慕陶、谢山水田园诗的创作理想的体现。

Meng Haoran＇s poems and his personality are cool and pure. His poems have the poetic feature of freshness combined with ambition, wilderness, loftiness, calmness and so on. This poetic style originated from his spiritual pursuit of hermitic life and Taoist belief, and from the unique geographical environment of his roaming areas. It also embodies his admiration and pursuit of Tao Yuanming, Xie lingyun＇s creation of pastoral.
