摘要
以读者为中心的视角,利用语料库软件对台湾、香港、大陆三地英文电影译名的翻译策略和翻译风格进行的实证研究,并进行三地观众英文电影译名满意度调查,是了解三地语言特点与差异的有利途径。尽管三地电影译名在翻译策略和翻译风格上存在很大的差异,但是三地观众都对各自区域的电影译名感到满意。
An empirical study is conducted on translation strategies and styles of the English Movie titles from a reader-centered perspective. Meanwhile a satisfaction survey is also made among the audiences in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. The results show that a big difference exists in the translation strategies and styles of the movie titles in the three places', however, the audiences in the three places feel the most satisfied with the movie title translation of their own places.
