The level and influencing factors of critical thinking among higher vocational nursing students

摘要 目的调查高职护理专业学生评判性思维能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和中文版评判性思维测量量表(CTDI-CV),对582名某高职院校护理专业学生进行横断面调查。结果高职护理专业学生评判性思维能力总分为(276.4±29.7)分,40.8%和0.9%处于正性和很强的评判性思维水平;寻求真相、开放思想、系统化能力、自信心、认知成熟度5个维度平均得分低于40分。以问题为基础的教学法、课堂气氛、是否有阅读习惯是影响评判性思维得分的3个主要因素(P<0.05)。结论高职护理专业学生的评评判性思维能力处于中等水平,护理教育者应进一步加强培养学生的评判性思维。 Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of critical thinking among higher vocational nursing students. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted. A total of 582 higher vocational nursing students were investigated using Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV). Results The total score of CTDI-CV was(276.4±29.7),40.8% and 0.9% of the students showed positive and high level of critical thinking. The dimension scores of truth-seeking,open-mindedness,systematicity,self-confidenee and maturity were below 40 points. Multiple regression analysis showed that problem-based learning(PBL),classroom atmosphere,read- ing habit were significant influencing factors of critical thinking. Conclusion The critical thinking of higher vocational nursing students is at moderate level. Nursing educators should pay close attention to the training of higher vocational nursing students' critical thinking.
