摘要
目的探讨对医务人员进行初级创伤救治培训的效果。方法对289名医务人员进行初级创伤救治(primary trauma care,PTC)培训,评价PTC的理论和实践操作培训效果。结果培训后医务人员的PTC理论成绩由(13.72±3.63)分提升为(26.68±2.12)分(t=42.320,P<0.001);实践操作成绩由(4.32±0.81)分提升为(8.21±0.62)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=16.210,P=0.006);PTC讲师资格考核成绩培训后为(7.62±1.04)分。结论通过培训,医务人员的初级创伤救治培训的理论知识和实践技能操作水平都有较大提高,培训效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effects of primary trauma care (PTC) training among medical staff. Methods Totally 289 medical staff received PTC training. The outcomes were evaluated by theory exam and practice test. Results After training,the PTC theory test score increased from(13.72±3.63) points to(26.68±2.12) points(t=42.320, P&lt;0.001),the practice test score increased from(4.32±0.81) points to(8.21±0.62) points(t=16.210,P=0.006). The instructor qualification assessment score was(7.62±1.04) points after training. Conclusion The PTC training effec tively improves medical staff's theoretical knowledge and practical skills of primary trauma care.
