2011—2013年北京市顺义区部分企业职业病危害因素检测结果 被引量:2

Detection results of occupational hazard factors in some enterprises of Shunyi District of Beijing from 2011-2013

摘要 目的分析2011—2013年北京市顺义区部分企业职业病危害因素存在及其变化情况。方法收集2011—2013年职业病危害因素(粉尘、化学因素、物理因素)的检测数据,比较不同类型企业及不同种类职业病危害因素的检测情况。结果3年累计检测企业146家,检测样品3169个,合格样品3012个,合格率为95.0%,检测合格率逐年升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.248,P〈0.05);粉尘和化学因素的合格率较高,物理因素的合格率最低。不同年份相同危害因素比较,粉尘(χ^2=27.684,P〈0.05)、化学因素(χ^2=8.616,P〈0.05)、物理因素(χ^2=13.822,P〈O.05)的差异均有统计学意义;共检测大型企业11家,中型企业29家,小型企业106家,同一类型企业不同年份比较,大型企业(χ^2=29.979,P〈0.05)和小型企业(χ^2=26.929,P〈0.05)的差异有统计学意义;不同经济类型企业中,外商独资企业的合格率最低(92.1%)。结论该区企业仍存在一定程度的职业病危害,监管部门应加大监督力度。 [ Objective ]To analyze the status and changes of occupational hazard factors in some enterprises of Shunyi District of Beijing from 2011-2013. [ Methods ]The detection data of occupational hazard factors (dust, chemical factors and physical factors) from 2011-2013 were collected, to compare the detection results of different occupational hazard factors in different enterprises. [Results ]A total of 3 169 samples from 146 enterprises were detected in three years, and 3012 samples were qualified with the qualified rate of 95.0%. The qualified rate increased gradually and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=15.248, P〈0.05). The qualified rates of dust and chemical factors were higher relatively, while that of physical factors was the lowest. There were statistically significant differences in the qualified rate of dust (χ^2=27.684, P〈0.05), chemical factors (χ^2=8.616, P〈0.05), and physical factors (χ^2=13.822, P〈0.05) among different years. 11 large enterprises, 29 medium-sized enterprises and 106 small enterprises were detected. The differences in the qualified rates among different years were statistically significant in large enterprises (χ^2=29.979, P〈0.05) and small enterprises (χ^2=26.929, P〈0.05). In different economic types, the qualified rate of wholly foreign-owned enterprises was the lowest (92.1%).[Conclusion] There are some occupational hazards in the enterprises of Shunyi District, and the management department should strengthen supervision.
