国内外临床住院医师规范化培训现况及进展

Present situation and study progress on standardized resident training at home and abroad

现代医疗要求医生具有更高的专业素质和更强的专业能力,住院医师培训作为毕业后教育的一部分,其重要性已被世界各国所公认。我国住院医师规范化培训试点工作起步于上世纪90年代,但与美、英、日等发达国家的医学住院医师规范化培训制度差异较大,目前上海、北京先后正式建立了住院医师规范化培训制度,并初见成效,但其在保障机制、培训基地认证、住院医师培训、考核评估方面也存在差异。作者分别对美国、日本、英国和我国的医师培训制度进行了综述,为建立完善我国住院医师规范化培训制度提供参考依据。

The modern medical care requests doctors to be more professional and the standardized resident training is acknowledged as the most important part of the graduated medical education. The pilot project of standardized resident training has started in China since 1990s, but there is great difference between domestic system and medical standardized resident training in United States, Britain and Japan. At present, the rules and regulations of residents training program have been established in Shanghai and Beijing, and the preliminary results were achieved. However, there are differences in the safeguard mechanism, training base authentication, resident training and examination evaluation. The authors summarize the physician training system in United States, Japan, Britain and China, so as to provide the reference for completing the standardized resident training system in China.
