摘要
目的:探讨高仿真支气管镜模拟器在培训呼吸内科住院医师支气管镜操作中的作用。方法:以上海某大学附属医院2013年招录的10名呼吸内科上海市规范化住院医师培训基地生为研究对象,由2名熟练进行支气管镜操作的呼吸内科副主任医师进行指导,采用Simbionix GI Mentor simulator操作系统进行培训。比较培训前后10名住院医师在高仿真支气管镜模拟器上操作的速度、灵活性及准确性方面的差异。结果:在解剖学支气管镜操作上,住院医师的总操作时间由(467.6±46.9)s减少到(360.7±27.7)s,段支气管检查到达率由(67.9±7.8)%上升到(90.3±4.8)%,总成绩由(46.5±11.3)分提高到(81.5±8.1)分,上述所有指标培训前后比较,P<0.01。结论:高仿真支气管镜模拟器在呼吸内科住院医师支气管镜的培训中起到了重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the application of high-fidelity bronchoscope simulator in the standardized residents training. Meth-ods:10 respiratory residents attended the training program. All of them were trained by 2 skilled respiratory deputy director of the physicians in the Simbionix GI Mentor simulator system. The speed, dexterity and accuracy of operation were compared between before-training and after-training. Results:On the anatomy bronchoscope simulator system, the total time spent shortened from (467. 6±46. 9)s to (360. 7±27. 7)s;the percentage of observing segmental bronchus increased from (67. 9±7. 8)% to (90. 3±4. 8)%;the total evaluation scores increased from (46. 5± 11. 3) to (81. 5±8. 1). The difference before-training and after-training of all these indexes were significant (P〈0. 01). Conclusion:The ap-plication of high-fidelity bronchoscope simulator played an important role in the standardized residents training in respiratory medicine.
