概述了稀土元素钐的特性,分析了钐对镁合金的强化机制,列举了钐在Mg-Al、Mg-RE二元及MgRE多元合金系的应用研究现状。同时,对镁钐合金的目前存在的问题和未来研究方向做了总结和预测。

Characteristics of samarium were outlined. The mechanisms of magnesium alloy strengthening by samarium were discussed. Some research progress of samarium application in Mg-Al-Sm,binary and ternary Mg-Sm systems was summa- rized. The existing problem and research prospect of Mg-Sm alloys were analyzed.
