摘要
陈莹教授认卵巢早衰不孕与肾、肝、脾三脏功能失调相关,肾虚为主。提出"补肾为主,佐以健脾柔肝"的独到见解,重在滋阴补肾,柔肝健脾,自拟更年宁汤,酌配补肾固精之品;注意补虚药味、剂量比例;脾胃乃气机升降枢纽,瘀血是不孕病理产物,尚须配以活血化瘀之药。
Professor CHEN Ying has found that kidney deficiency is the main cause of Premature Ovarian Failure, it also related to the functional of spleen and liver. So, reinforce the kidney, strengthen the spleen and nourishing the liver is considered to be the best remedy. For more than 30 years of clinical experience, she prescribed Geng Nian Ning decoction which has a very distinct clinical curative effect.
