荣脑通络益智汤合益肾添精汤治疗慢性脑供血不足随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察荣脑通络益智汤联合益肾添精汤治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例氟桂利嗪,5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组45例荣脑通络益智汤(熟地黄25g,黄精24g,党参26g,当归12g,白术13g,蒲黄10g,远志11g,菟丝子23g,淫羊藿28g,泽泻、甘草、僵蚕各10g,枸杞子15g,石菖蒲10g),磨粉,1剂/d,150m L/次,早晚温水冲服。益肾添精汤(麦冬15g,茯苓12g,山萸肉18g,熟地黄32g,党参18g,磁石14g,珍珠22g,五味子、肉苁蓉各13g,巴戟肉14g,鹿角胶12g,天门冬15g,芡实10g,覆盆子8g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、认知功能评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(30d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效20例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%。对照组痊愈6例,显效12例,有效19例,无效8例,总有效率82.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。认知功能评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]荣脑通络益智汤合益肾添精汤治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Kidney Jing Tian Tang（Maidong 15 g, Fuling 12 g, Shangyurou 18 g, Shudihaung 32 g, Dangshen 18 g,Cishi 14 g, Zhenzhu 22 g, Wuweizi,Roucongrong 13 g, Bajirou 14 g,Lujiaojiao 12 g, Tianmendong 15 g, Qianshi 10 g, Fupenzi 8g）, 1/d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later orally. 30 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, cognitive function score, adverse reactions. A course of treatment（30d）, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 19 cases, 20 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.56%. Recovered six cases in the control group, 12 cases markedly effective in 19 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 82.22%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Cognitive function scores were improved in both groups（P〈0-01）, the treatment group than the control group improvement（P〈0-01）. [Conclusion]Wing brain and kidney meridians puzzle together soup soup Tim refined treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
