小柴胡汤治疗尘肺感冒后久咳随机平行对照研究

Xiaochaihutang Cough Randomized Controlled Study after Cold Treatment of Pneumoconiosis

[目的]观察小柴胡汤治疗尘肺感冒后久咳疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例阿莫西林,0.5g/次,4次/d;复方甘草片,12mg/次,3次/d。治疗组40例小柴胡汤(桔梗、甘草各6g,黄芩、法半夏、白前、百部、前胡各10g,柴胡12g;咳痰黏腻,胸闷气短加生姜5g,陈皮6g,茯苓10g;咳痰较少,口干舌燥加地骨皮10g,麦冬、沙参各15g;咳痰黄稠,焦躁口干加全瓜萎、浙贝母、桑叶各10g;呛咳气逆阵作加生地、栀子、桑白皮各12g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚分服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组显效17例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小柴胡汤治疗尘肺感冒后久咳疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, cough, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The treatment group 28 cases, effective in 9 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 92.50%. The control group 17 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, 10 cases, the total efficiency of 75.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Xiaochaihutang pneumoconiosis cold cough treatment results were satisfactory, no side effects, worthy of promotion.
