丹参川芎嗪联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

[目的]观察丹参川芎嗪联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组60例保肝对症治疗,甘草酸二胺,还原型谷胱甘肽等。治疗组60例丹参川芎嗪80mg+5%葡萄糖250m L,静滴,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、层黏蛋白(LN)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效38例,有效20例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效30例,有效17例,无效13例,总有效率78.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血清肝纤维化指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]丹参川芎嗪联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b curative effect.[Method] Using random parallel control method, 120 cases hospitalized patients according to disease will number the draw method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. The control liver symptomatic treatment group of 60 cases, two glycyrrhizic acid amine, glutathione etc.. The treatment group of 60 cases of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine 80mg＋5% glucose solution 250 m L, intravenous drip, 1 times /d; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 8 weeks for 1 courses of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, liver fibrosis index [serum hyaluronic acid（HA）, collagen type III（PC III）, type IV collagen（-C IV）, laminin（LN）], inflammation of the liver to improve index, adverse reaction. 1 course of treatment, treatment to determine efficacy.[Result] The treatment group 38 cases were markedly effective, effective 20 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 96.67%. Control group 30 cases had marked effect, 17 cases effective, 13 had no effect, the total effective rate was 78.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Serum liver fibrosis indexes in treatment group improved better than that of control group（P〈0.05, P〈0-01）.[Conclusion] Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, satisfactory curative effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
