天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗帕金森病随机平行对照研究

Parkinson Randomized Controlled Study combined with Western Medicine TGD

[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗帕金森疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例美多巴,0.25g/次,2-3次/d。治疗组30例天麻钩藤饮（天麻、黄芩、杜仲、益母草、夜交藤各9g,钩藤、川牛膝各12g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、睡眠质量、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效12例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组睡眠质量均有改善（P〈0-01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0-01）。[结论]天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗帕金森疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the TGD Combined with Western treatment of Parkinson＇s efficacy. [Methods] randomized, parallel controlled method, 60 cases of hospitalized patients by flipping a coin method is simple randomized into two groups. 30 patients madopar, 0.25g/times, 2 to 3 times/d. Treatment group of 30 patients TGD（Tianma, Huangqi,Duzhong,Yimucao,Yejiaoteng each 9g, Gouteng,Chuanniuxi 12g）, 1/d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later orally; Western medicine with the control group. 60 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, quality of sleep, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The treatment group, 20 cases, 8 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group 12 cases markedly effective in 10 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 73.33%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups had improved sleep quality（P〈0-01）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0-01）. [Conclusion] TGD combined with Western medicine treatment satisfaction Parkinson effect, no side effects, worthy of promotion.
