扶正化瘀泄浊方对慢性肾衰大鼠Leptin、IL-6影响等效性随机平行对照研究

Effect of Fuzheng Huayu Discharging Turbid on Chronic Renal Failure Rats Leptin, IL-6 Study on Equivalence of Random Parallel Control

[目的]观察扶正化瘀泄浊方对慢性肾衰大鼠Leptin、IL-6影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40成年雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为四组,10只/组。0.75%腺嘌呤350mg/Kg·d-1饲料喂养8周造模。灌胃干预:空白组、模型组10只,生理盐水,2m L/Kg·d-1;中药组10只,扶正化瘀泄浊方,20m L/Kg d-1;西药组10只,重组人红细胞生成素,10U/Kg d-1。连续给药3周,最后一次灌胃后,禁食禁水24h,腹主动脉取血;麻醉处死,取肾脏称重后研碎匀浆。观测BUN、Scr、ALB、Hb、肾脏Leptin、IL-6。[结果]造模后(连续干预)血清BUN、Scr各组均明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01),ALB、Hb各组均明显低于空白对照组(P<0.01)。Leptin、IL-6各组均明显高于空白组(P<0.05),中、西药组均明显低于模型组(P<0.05),中、西药组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]扶正化瘀泄浊方可明显降低慢性肾衰大鼠Scr、BUN,提高ALB、Hb水平;对Leptin、IL-6有明显降低作用,与重组人红细胞生成素具有等效性。

[Objective] To observe Fuzheng Huayu Xiezhuo Decoction on chronic renal failure rats Leptin, IL-6. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 40 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, 10 rats/group. 0.75% adenine 350mg/kg D-1 diet for 8 weeks modeling. Stomach intervention： blank group, model group 10, normal saline, 2m L/kg D-1; Chinese medicine group 10, Fuzheng Huayu Xiezhuo decoction, 20 m L/kg d-1; western medicine group 10, recombinant human erythropoietin, 10U/Kg d-1. Administered continuously for 3 weeks, the last time after intragastric administration, fasting 24 h, abdominal aortic blood; sacrificed under anesthesia, the kidneys after weighing pulverized homogenate. Observation of BUN, Scr, ALB, Hb, Leptin, IL-6 in kidney. [Results] After modeling（continuous intervention） of serum BUN, Scr groups were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0-01）, ALB, Hb groups were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0-01）. Leptin, IL-6 groups were significantly higher than those in the blank group（P〈0.05）, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, group were significantly lower than those in the model group（P〈0.05）, no significant difference in between, the western medicine group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Fuzheng Huayu Xiezhuo Recipe could significantly decrease Scr, BUN in rats with chronic renal failure, improve the level of ALB, Hb decreased significantly; the effects on Leptin, IL-6, and recombinant human erythropoietin is equivalent to.
