针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风后遗症随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture Combined with Positive Also Five Soup Treating Sequela of Ischemic Stroke Study Random Parallel Control

[目的]观察针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风后遗症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按掷骰子方法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例补阳还五汤(当归尾20g,川芎9g,红花、水蛭各10g,牛膝30g,生黄芪60g,地龙15g,桃仁、赤芍、桂枝各10g),随证加减,1剂/d,水煎300m L,3次/d。治疗组42例针刺(百会、手三里、足三里、内关、血海、三阴、阴陵泉、太冲、大陵、尺泽、合谷和风池),随证加减,留针20min,1次/d。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈9例,显效18例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率76.19%。对照组治愈5例,显效13例,有效6例,无效14例,总有效率63.16%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。神经功能缺损评分治疗组明显降低(P<0.05),对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风后遗症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the acupuncture combined makes up the positive also five soup curative effect in the treatment of sequelae of ischemic stroke. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases according to the dice method were divided into control group and observation group of two groups, among them, 38 patients in the control group, makes up the positive also five soup（Chinese angelica root 20 g, safflower, Chuanxiong 9g, leech and 10 g respectively, achyranthes 30 g, astragalus root 60 g, Lumbricus 15 g, peach kernel, red peony root, cassia twig each 10g）, with the card to add and subtract, 1 agent /d, Decoction 300 m L, 3/d. 42 cases in the treatment group（acupuncture and Baihui, hand in three, Zusanli, Neiguan, Xuehai, Yin Ling Quan Yin, three, Taichong, Da Ling, Taku Sawa, and the wind pool, Hegu） with the card to add and subtract, for 20 min, 1/d. 1 months of continuous treatment for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, neurological deficit score, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 2 courses of treatment, curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cured 9 cases, markedly effective in 18 cases, effective 5 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total efficiency of 76.19%. The control group cured 5 cases, markedly effective in 13 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 14 cases, the total efficiency of 63.16%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0-01）. The treatment of nerve function defect score decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, the control group had no significant difference（P〈0.05）; treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] the positive also five soup combined with acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke sequela, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
