针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛随机平行对照研究

Trigeminal Neuralgia Parallel Randomized Controlled Study of Acupuncture Treatment

[目的]观察针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将84例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。对照组42例卡马西平，200mg/次，3次/d。治疗组42例针灸，主穴：风池、印堂、人中、神庭、外关、天柱、完骨、合谷；配穴：第一支痛选择丝竹空、阳白、攒竹、头临泣；第二支痛选择上关、太阳、四白；第三支痛选择大迎、地仓、下关；1.5-2.0寸毫针斜刺，行针刺泻法，以出现胀、重、酸、麻及触电样感视为准，每天一次施针，间隔10min行针，每次留针20min，注意各个穴位进针手法与深度。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程，针灸疗程间隔2d，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效25例，有效13例，无效4例，总有效率90.47%。对照组显效13例，有效19例，无效12例，总有效率76.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。症状积分两组均有改善（P＜0.01），治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0-01）。[结论]针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom scores, adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment, acupuncture treatment interval 2d, to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group 25 cases, effective in 13 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 90.47%. The control group 13 cases, effective in 19 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency 76.19%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Symptom scores were improved in both groups（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Acupuncture treatment of primary results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
