针刺联合调胃承气汤合橘皮竹茹汤治疗顽固性呃逆随机平行对照研究

Tiaowei Dachengqitang combined Orange Zhuru Soup combined with Acupuncture Treatment of Intractable Hiccups Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察针刺联合调胃承气汤合橘皮竹茹汤治疗顽固性呃逆疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例东莨菪碱,30mg/次,1次/d;胃复安,5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组30例针刺,取穴太冲、合谷、内关、攒竹、天突等穴,针刺得气后,根据病情,虚实补泻处理;顽固性呃逆背俞穴埋线治疗,留针45min,1次/d。调胃承气汤合橘皮竹茹汤(半夏9g,厚朴10g,炮姜6g,郁金10g,砂仁8g,当归、茯苓、白芍各15g,甘草10g,熟军9g,枳实15g,橘皮9g,竹茹15g,川楝子8g;体虚加党参、白术;瘀滞加桃仁、红花);1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、呃逆、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效7例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈4例,显效8例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]针刺联合调胃承气汤合橘皮竹茹汤治疗顽固性呃逆疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Tiaowei Dachengqitang combined Orange Zhuru soup（Pinellia 9g, Magnolia officinalis 10 g, Bao Jiang 6g, turmeric 10 g, Amomum 8g, Angelica, Poria, white peony root 15 g, licorice 10 g, cooked army 9g, citrus aurantium 15 g, orange peel 9g, Zhuru 15 g, TSN sub 8g; physically weak Codonopsis, Atractylodes; stasis plus peach kernel, safflower）; 1 / d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later orally. 5d continuous treatment course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, hiccups, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 17 cases, 7 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases, one case, the total efficiency of 96.67%. The control group recovered four cases, 8 cases were markedly effective in 9 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency of 70.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Tiaowei Dachengqitang combined Orange Zhuru soup combined with acupuncture treatment of intractable hiccups results were satisfactory, no side effects, worthy of promotion.
