温针灸治疗脾虚型胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察温针灸治疗脾虚型胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组15例电针,取穴足三里、内关、公孙、胃俞,胃痛加梁丘;胃寒加中脘;腹痛、腹胀加天枢;乏力加气海;明显针感后,可配对,主穴位两对,配穴位两对,借助电疗仪进行治疗,频率为每分钟3-6/50-100次,电流强度据患者承受度调整。治疗组15例温针灸,取穴足三里、内关、公孙、胃俞,胃痛加梁丘;胃寒加中脘;腹痛、腹胀加天枢;乏力加气海;交替针灸,快速刺入穴位,捻转提插法,留针,针柄处穿置艾卷,长度为2cm,防止灰烬掉落灼伤皮肤;留针时间25-35min,1次/d。连续治疗6d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡、不良反应。连续治疗8疗程,疗程间隔3d,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组痊愈5例,显效5例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈3例,显效2例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。胃溃疡疗效治疗组痊愈4例,显效4例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率86.67%。对照组痊愈3例,显效3例,有效2例,无效7例,总有效率53.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]温针灸治疗脾虚型胃溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Ulcer treatment group recovered in 4 cases, 4 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 86.67%. The control group recovered three cases, effective in 3 cases, 2 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 53.33%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Spleen ulcer warm acupuncture treatment results were satisfactory, no side effects, worthy of promotion.
