推拿、牵引、颈椎制动、复方丹参注射液联合甘露醇治疗椎动脉型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

Massage, Traction, Cervical Brake Joint Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Cervical Vertebral Artery Disease in Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察推拿、牵引、颈椎制动、复方丹参注射液联合甘露醇治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将58例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组29例20mL复方丹参注射液＋250mL 甘露醇，1g/次。牵引，牵引重量约为3kg，25min/次，2次/d；颈椎制动，石膏颈托固定颈椎，白天佩戴，休息时可取下。治疗组29例推拿，选督脉、膀胱经、阳明经经络，一指禅推法、揉法、拿法等手法，放松颈肩部肌肉，加强血液循环，疏通经络；后仰卧位，放软枕至头颈部，左手托枕部，右手托下颔部，力度适中的纵向牵拉颈部，持续1-2min，面部偏向一侧，双手轻扳颈部，以颈椎小关节发生轻微弹响为准，左右各旋扳若干次；其他治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例，有效9例，无效3例，总有效率89.66%。对照组痊愈12例，有效7例，无效10例，总有效率65.52%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。[结论]推拿、牵引、颈椎制动、复方丹参注射液联合甘露醇治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 17 cases, effective in 9 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 89.66%. The control group cured 12 cases, effective in 7 cases, 10 cases, the total efficiency of 65.52%.
