摘要
以铁路桥梁劣化评定标准为依据,对南昆线东阳沟4号大桥两联2×80m上承连续钢桁梁进行检定评估,分析钢梁涂膜劣化、高强螺栓失效、支座转角过大的原因,确定各项劣化的等级,提出钢梁重新涂装、螺栓检查更换、支座定期监测等处置建议,可供同类工程参考。
Based on standards of degradation assessment of railway bridge, the 2 ×80 m deck type continunous steel truss beam on Dongyanggou No. 4 bridge over Nankun line was evaluated. This paper analyzed the reasons of the degradation ,the high strength bolt failure and the rotational displacement of bearing. The degradation levels about this bridge were confined. The suggestions about the truss beam re-painting, the bolts replacement method and the periodic monitor of bearing were given,which could be referred by similar projects.
