摘要
船坞口通常处在水陆交接处,是整个船坞工程中最为关键的组成部分。坞门作为坞口工程中的重要部分,是保障干船坞正常工作的重要结构。桁架结构作为一个空间超静定结构,使用传统的计算方式很难进行相关分析,通过计算机仿真可以很好再现结构的工作情形。主要对桁架式坞门在各种工况下的强度进行有限元仿真分析,结合相关规范给出边界条件假定和荷载计算方法,最后对有限元计算结果进行分析,结构计算结果满足强度和刚度设计要求,可为桁架式坞门的设计和应用提供参考依据。
Dock port, usually in amphibious place, is the most crucial in the entire dock project. The dock gate is an important part of dock engineering which can ensure the normal work of the dock. As a statically indeterminate structure space, the truss structure is difficult to calculate by using the common methods. The simulation can reproduce the structure of the work well . This paper focused on the analysis of truss structural gate throngh finite element analysis in various conditions. The forces and load calculation methods were got according to China Classification Society rules. Finally, the stress distributions and deformation results of the dock gate under two ultimate loads were obtained. The stress and rigidity of deformation can meet the design requirements. There is a certain reference value to the design and application of the dock gate.
