摘要
考察留存在日本筑波大学的清代文书及相关文献,可以获知,杭州省城的房地产交易同苏州、南京等城市一样,从清代乾隆年间起,遵行户部定例,以"总书一契"的形式具立相关文书。文契书立形式的变化显示当地房地产找价贴价现象逐渐弱化,但直到清末找价贴价现象始终普遍存在,而非名存实亡。
From relevant literature of Qing dynasty preserved in the University of Tsukuba,Japan,we can find that during the reign of Qian Long of Qing dynasty,the real estate transaction in Hangzhou,like that in Suchow and Nanjing,made relevant contracts according to the requirements of the Ministry of Revenue in feudal China. This reveals that there was less price-finding and price-sticking in local real estate,though it never disappeared throughout the late Qing dynasty.
