摘要
针对一般锚索抗滑桩存在施工难度大、施工风险高等问题,提出"植入圆钢组合式嵌岩锚索抗滑桩",即采用"灌注桩桩身+多根圆钢+冠梁+锚索"的组合形式。用"多根圆钢+灰岩"共同体代替灌注桩的嵌岩段,既能满足桩的嵌固、抗剪等要求,又能降低施工难度。介绍了该结构形式,并对其进行内力分析。该结构的受荷段为预应力锚索混凝土灌注桩,采用静力平衡方程计算;锚固段为多根圆钢桩,采用地基系数法分析。此外,还进行了算例计算,论证其合理性,并将该结构在实际工程实践中得以成功运用,目前专利已授权。
According to the problems of difficulty and high-risk during the actual process of construction existing in ordinary anchor anti-slide piles, a new type called “anchor anti-slide piles embedding in rock combined with implantation of round steels” is presented in this paper,that is combined with“concrete filling pile + round steels top beam anchor cables”.It not only can satisfy requirements of rock-embedded and the shearing strength, but also is easier to construct. this structure is introduced and its internal force is analyzed in this paper. The loaded segment using concrete filling pile is analyzed by the static equilibrium equation and the anchored segment using round steels is based on the principle of the foundation coefficient method. The example calculation proves that the theoretical analysis is right, and it has put the structure successfully into engineering practice. It has been patented.
