摘要
核设施抗震分析方法包括等效静力法、反应谱法及时程分析法。综合考虑计算成本和计算精度两方面的要求,反应谱法是各类相关设备抗震分析与评价的重要数值仿真工具。以放射性废液厂房中的蒸残液预处理槽为例,采用将相关标准提高1度抗震要求的方法生成了设备的设计反应谱,克服了目前标准体系中对放射性废液处理厂房不做楼层反应谱计算的矛盾。运用ANSYS大型有限元软件以反应谱法对该压力容器进行了抗震分析,并根据相关法规对压力容器的各部件应力进行评价。根据计算结果对该容器预埋件结构和数量进行了优化,以确保该储罐总体组合结构在安全停堆地震(SSE)条件下能够保持完整性。
Seismic analysis method on nuclear facilities includes: equivalent static analysis method, finite element response spectrum method and transient analysis method. Response spectrum method is an important numerical simulation technique viewing from the perspectives of accuracy and cost. The seismic performance of prepossessing container for evaporated waste liquid is analyzed based on response spectrum method by ANSYS software. The design spectrum is created based on the relative codes and the anti-seismic level is increased by 1 degree. As a result, the problem of lack of stair spectrum is overcome. The stress of this container is evaluated according to the relative rules and laws, and the structure is optimized to ensure the integrity of the container when it is subjected to the Safety Shutdown Earthquake (SSE).
