摘要
飞机尤其是直升机,在多沙尘区域下起飞、着陆和飞行中,动力装置往往会吸入空气中的砂粒或灰尘,影响发动机系统、部件,导致发动机推力/功率下降,燃油消耗率增加。国内外航空系统均制定规范,要求新型发动机设计定型必须进行吞砂试验。介绍了一种吞砂试验方法,阐述吞砂设备,试验用砂配比、试车程序等内容,并依据试验结果对试验方法进行评价。
In dusty or sandy areas, during take-off, landing and flight operation of aircraft especially for helicopters, sand or dust may be drawn in with air into the power plant of aircraft. The subsystems /components of engine will be influenced significantly; the thrust/power of engine output decreases, Specific Fuel Consumption of engine increases. Accordingly, sand ingestion test is required by most of the Authority Aviation Administration in the world, as one of the most important test for new engine type certification. This paper introduces one method of sand ingestion test for aero-engine, demonstrates equipment, proportion of sand used in the test and the test procedure, finally, evaluate the test technology according to the test result.
