新兴经济体国家之间存在外商直接投资的互补效应吗?——基于26国面板数据的空间计量经济模型研究

Does there exist the complementary effect of foreign direct investment between the emerging economies——Study based on the spatial econometric model of panel data from 26 countries

新兴经济体国家之间对于外商直接投资存在着激烈的竞争,在这场FDI博弈中,各国间是否有合作共赢的空间,是否存在投资的互补效应呢?在此背景下,根据Fumagalli博弈模型的结论,本文搜集了26个新兴经济体国家2003-2012年的面板数据,利用空间计量模型实证研究了FDI的相互关系及影响因素。研究结果表明:当前新兴经济体国家间FDI呈互补关系,尚未出现挤出效应,存在合作共赢的空间;FDI青睐于市场份额、自然资源、低廉生产成本、开放水平和基础设施。

There exists the fierce competition of foreign direct investment between the emerging economies. So, in the FDI game, is there a win-win cooperation or does there exist the complementary effect between these countries？ In this background, based on the results of Fumagalli＇ s game model, this paper uses the spatial econometric model to empirically study the relationship of FDI between these emerging economies and the influence factors by collecting the panel data of 26 emerging economies in 2003-2012,. Importantly, the results show that the current FDI has complementary relationship between these economies which has no crowing out effects, and there has the space of win-win cooperation. Moreover, the FDI in the emerging economies is in favor of the market share, natural resources, low production cost, open level and infrastructures.
