硅钙钾肥对复合污染农田土壤上玉米吸收镉、砷的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为探究硅钙钾肥对复合污染农田土壤上玉米吸收镉、砷的影响,采用盆栽实验方法,以玉米品种迪卡008为实验材料,设置施用硅钙钾肥与不施2个处理,测定抽雄期、开花期玉米茎叶生物量、茎叶中镉砷含量、土壤中的镉砷形态等指标。研究结果表明,施用硅钙钾肥对玉米地上部分生物量没有影响,可显著提高土壤p H值,抽雄期和开花期施用硅钙钾肥处理的土壤比对照组高0.8个p H单位;施用硅钙钾肥可显著降低土壤可交换态镉含量,抽雄期和开花期土壤中镉可交换态含量分别比对照减少了21.6%和24.3%。同时施用硅钙钾肥也能显著降低镉、砷在抽雄期和开花期玉米茎叶中的累积。研究结果将为硅钙钾肥的推广应用及在保证农产品安全方面提供依据,为受到镉砷复合污染的农田土壤的修复提供材料支持。 In order to study the effects of Si-Ca-K fertilizer on Cd & As absorption of maize in combined polluted soil, a pot experiment was carried out by using maize variety DiKa 008 as material with two treatments: applying and not applying Si-Ca-K fertilizer. The biomass, Cd &As contents in stem and leaf, soil pH, Cd speciation in soil in tasseling and flowering stage were determined. The results showed that applying Si-Ca-K fertilizer had no effect on the aerial growth, but could significantly improve the soil pH which was 0.8 higher than that of the con- trol, could reduce the content of exchangable cadmium in soil by 21.6% in tasseling stage and 24.3% in flowering period than that of the control, and could remarkably decrease Cd&As con- tont in stem and leaf in tasseling and flowering period. The research results will provide a basis for Si-Ca-K fertilizer application and ensuring the safety of agricultural products, also provide material support for soil remediation under Cd & As compound pollution.
