长株潭红色旅游共生发展的空间特征

A Research on the Spatial Characteristics of Symbiotic Development of Red Tourism in Changzhutan Area

红色旅游具有共生发展属性,探索红色旅游共生发展空间特征是一个揭示其本质特征的基础性工作,学术价值明显,实践意义重大。本文运用集聚水平和联系水平两大指标描述红色旅游共生发展的空间特征,结合其实际情况,引入密度权数和品质权数、交通线的通达性权数,定义质量集聚度指数和通达性指数,形成一套多元主体空间特征的描述方案。长株潭地区红色旅游发展水平高,各类旅游资源丰富,在发展中共生共荣,运用该方案对长株潭红色旅游共生发展多元主体的空间特征进行实证研究,结果表明:总体上长株潭地区红色旅游共生发展呈现集聚分布特点,其中又以炎陵县、宁乡县、长沙县集聚程度最高;长沙、株洲、湘潭的质量集聚度存在差异,长沙各类旅游区的质量集聚度大于湘潭,湘潭的大于株洲的;县域之间交通网络的连接度和通达度较好,但旅游区层面连接度处于中等水平,通达度处于中等偏下水平。红色旅游共生发展应该注意:(1)突出优势资源打造旅游区主体功能;(2)加强建设宣传提升旅游区品质水平;(3)注重旅游道路建设便捷旅游交通体系;(4)促成要素集聚铸造和谐旅游共生关系;(5)形成共生发展示范带动相关区域发展。

Red tourism possesses the characteristics of symbiotic development. To explore the spatial characteristics of symbiotic development of red tourism, therefore, is a basic work to do to reveal its essential features, which is of both academic value and practical significance. This paper, used two indicators which include agglomeration level and link level to describe the spatial characteristics of symbiotic development of red tourism, made an introduction of he density weight, quality weight and transportation accessibility weight to define quality agglomeration index and accessibility index in accordance with the actual situation, and formed a spatial characteristics description program of multiple subjects. The level of red tourism development is high in Changzhutan area where there are all kinds of rich tourism resources sharing common development and prosperity. The results of this program used in the empirical research of spatial characteristics of multiple subjects of red tourism symbiotic development of Changzhutan area show that ： Symbiotic development of red tourism in Changzhntan area features concentrated distribution in general with the highest degree of concentration in Yanling County, Ningxiang County and Changsha County; Quality agglomeration differs in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan city among which various types of tourist areas in Changsha bear the biggest level, followed by Xiangtan and Zhuzhou; Connectivity and accessibility of county-level transportation network is better, but the level of connection of the tourist area is at middle level with accessibility lower to middle level; According to the findings, the authors suggest that some issues be noted in the Symbiotic development of red tourism ： （ 1 ） Pay attention to the advantage of tourism area and create its main function; （ 2 ） Strengthen the construction and propaganda of tourism area to promote its＇ quality; （ 3 ） Speed up road construction, especially the roads of between tourist areas; （4） Promote industrial agglomeration to promote symbiotic development; （5） Construct demonstration area so as to mobilize the development of related regions.
