摘要 目的探讨CT定位软通道穿刺引流技术在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用。方法对61例高血压脑出血患者采用CT定位软通道穿刺引流术行血肿腔穿刺外引流术治疗,并以尿激酶间断灌注引流残余血肿,随访3~12个月,对治疗结果以KPS评分进行评价。结果术后53例患者治疗3月后,KPS评分80~100分36例,60~80分17例30~60分4例,放弃继续治疗6例,死亡2例。结论微创CT定位软通道穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血,具有简便性、灵活性、微创性及疗效确切等优点,为高血压脑出血的治疗提供了良好的前景。 Objective To investigate the soft channel puncture and drainage technique by CT localization in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 61 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage underwent hematoma evacu- ation using soft channel puncture and drainage under CT positioning, combined with intermittent infusion of urokinase to drain residual hematoma. All the cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months. The results of treatment were evaluated with KPS scores. Results 6 cases gave up treatment after operation and 2 cases died. For the other 53 patients, after treatment of 3 months the KPS scores were 80 to 100 in 36 cases ,60 to 80 in 17 cases, and 30 to 60 in 4 cases. Conclusion Minimally invasive percu- taneous soft channel drainage by CT localization in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a simple, flexible, and min- imally invasive technique, which provides a good prospector for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
