多层螺旋CT三维重建在茎突综合征诊断中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在茎突综合征(SPS)诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析30例临床SPS患者的16层螺旋CT容积扫描资料,并通过AW4.3工作站对扫描数据进行容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)重组图像,测量茎突的长度及偏斜角。结果本组30例患者60侧茎突均能清晰显示全貌,分节型茎突者6侧(10.0%),茎突长度>3.0 cm者54侧(90.0%);茎突内偏斜角度>25°者25侧(41.7%),前偏斜角度>25°者4侧(6.7%)。结论多层螺旋CT VR及MPR重组技术能直观清晰显示茎突立体全貌及周围组织关系,并能对茎突长度、偏斜角做出准确测量,在茎突综合征患者的诊断中具有重要价值。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT 3-D reconstruction in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome ( SPS}. Methods Data of 30 patients with clinically suspected SPS were retrospectively analyzed and scanned through 16-slice spiral CT and reconstructed through volume rendering{ VR) and muhi-planar reconstruction( MPR} technique to measure the length and offset angle by AW 4.3 workstation. Results The 3-dimensional images of styloid process for the 30 patients(60 sides) were clearly displayed. In these 60 sides of styloid process,6 sides showed segmented process ( 10.0% ) ,54 sides showed the length longer than 3cm(90.0% ) ;the styloid process inward offset angle 〉 25 ~ were found in 25 sides(d1.7% } and the forward offset angle 〉 25~ in 4 sides (6.7%). Conclusion The Multi-slice spiral CT, VR and MPR reconstruction technique can clearly and intuitively display 3-dimensional image of styloid process and the relationship of surrounding tissues, and also accurately measure the styloid length and azimuth, which has important value in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome and is worthy of further clinical application.
