摘要
习近平的绿色发展思想是基于世界范围内的绿色发展潮流、我国资源危机与环境恶化日趋严峻以及我国坚持走可持续发展道路的背景下提出的。习近平的绿色发展思想包括以下几个方面:转变经济发展方式是实现绿色发展的重要前提;发展循环经济是推进绿色发展的重要手段;大力发展绿色技术是绿色发展的重要技术支撑;正确处理经济发展同生态环境保护关系是推进绿色发展的基本要求;发展绿色消费是推进绿色发展的重要途径;改善人民群众的生存环境是我国走绿色发展道路的根本目标。习近平的这些绿色发展思想具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Xi Jinping has p his theory of green development on the basis of the worldwide trend of green growth, the resource crisis and increasingly serious environmental degradation and the sustainable devel- opment road in China adhered to. It includes the following aspects： transforming the economic development mode poses the premise to realize the green growth ; developing recycling economy is an important means of promoting it; improving green technology offers technical support for it; handling with the relation between de- veloping economy and protecting ecological environment is a basic requirement for promoting it; advocating green consumption is the important way to promote it; improving the living environment for the people is the ultimate goal for China to chose it. Xi Jinping＇s thought of green growth is of great theoretical and realistic sig- nificance.
