在社会主义市场经济条件下,党员干部具有道德人、组织人、政治人、经济人四重属性,四重属性之间的关系是复杂的,对党员干部的理想信念建设产生不同的影响。在理想信念建设过程中,要正视党员干部属性和特征的多样性、复杂性,防止简单化、片面化、极端化;多管齐下,抓常、抓细、抓长;辩证分析思想建设无用论、制度万能论、高薪养廉论、两面人论等似是而非的思想观念。

In the context of socialist marketing economy, a Party member and cadre plays a role of moral man, organizer, politician and economic person. The complications among the four attributes have exerted dif- ferent impacts on the construction of the ideal and faith. In the process of constructing the ideal and faith, at- tention should be paid to the diversity and complexity of the Party members and cadres to avoid simplification, one-sidedness and extremes. Different measures should be taken to deal with details in a long run.Such plausi- ble ideas as useless ideological construction, all-powerful system, probity with fat salary, and two-faced man, ect. should be dialectically analyzed.
