摘要
基于对区段通过能力、车站能力、枢纽通过能力、输送能力、路网运输能力等研究范畴的含义、分类和代表性研究方向,分析目前铁路运输能力研究存在的不足,即测算方法和参数、区段通过能力计算方法、缓冲时间分配方式等问题还需要进一步深入研究,新常态条件下铁路运输能力研究面临挑战。在此基础上,提出铁路运输能力需要重点研究的方向,主要包括运输能力的表示方法、不同线路特征和客货运需求下的运输能力计算方法、运行图弹性、扣除系数的细化取值、输送能力的计算参数标定。
Based on the research concept, research category and typical research direction of sectional passing capacity, station capacity, passing capacity in hub, carrying capacity and transport capacity of railway network, this paper analyzes the deficiencies in current study of railway transport capacity, which means the problems in measuring methods and parameters, calculation method of sectional passing capacity and distribution way of buffer time need further studying, and puts forward the challenges faced by the study of railway transport capacity under new normal condition. Based on above, the paper also .puts forward the direction of the study focus on railway transport capacity, mainly include notation of transport capacity, calculation method of transport capacity under different track characteristics and passenger & freight transport demand, flexibility of train operation diagram, refined value of deduction coefficient and calculation parameter calibration of carrying capacity.
