摘要
高速铁路的便捷性为城市带来新的发展契机,出现集各种交通方式于一体的综合铁路客运枢纽,以此为核心打造城市中心或副中心,既要保证交通疏散及安全问题,又要发挥商业价值和可持续发展。通过阐述不同空间结构的铁路综合客运枢纽交通组织形式,从处理好枢纽复杂性与功能需求、统筹铁路客运枢纽与城市交通规划、统一铁路车站与周边配套工程设计、统一相关标准等方面,提出铁路综合客运枢纽的设计原则,分析交通功能+综合开发并重的设计模式,为铁路综合客运枢纽的交通组织和综合开发提供参考。
Convenience of high-speed railway brings new development chance for cities, the comprehensive railway passenger transport hub combined with all kinds of traffic modes was occurred and was taken as the core of creating city center or sub-center, which should not only ensure traffic centralization and distribution and also exert business value and sustainable development. Through expounding the transport organization modes of railway comprehensive passenger transport hub with different space structure, this paper puts forward the design principle of the hub from aspects of well treating complexity arid functional demand of the hub, integrating railway passenger transport hub with urban transit plan, unifying the design of railway stations and surrounding auxiliary engineering as well as relative standards. The paper also analyzes the design mode of combining traffic function + comprehensive development, which provides references for transport organization and comprehensive development of railway comprehensive passenger transport hub.
