摘要
农村教师的生存状态不仅影响着教师个体的生存质量与学生个体的发展,也制约着农村教育质量的提高。通过对甘肃省庆阳市华池县的206名农村教师进行调查研究。结果表明:教师的工资待遇低,经济压力大;教师的工作量大,工作环境恶劣;教师的业余生活质量低,身心健康状况欠佳;教师的专业发展受限。对此,建议政府、学校采取相关举措以改善西北贫困地区农村教师群体的生存状态。
The primary and secondary teachers’ living conditions do not only affect the quality of the teachers’ life but also hinders the improvement of education in rural areas.The survey of the living state of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas shows that:the lower salary brings economic pressure upon teachers;the teachers are working under heavy burdens in poor conditions;the teachers’ after-work is boring and their physical and mental health are weak.The government and the schools should take relevant measures to improve the living state of the primary and secondary teachers in poor areas.
