摘要 在PCB板加载到贴片机的过程中,由于多种原因会导致PCB板每次进板的位置出现偏差。针对这个问题,提出了一种基于Open CV视觉库的PCB板基准点的定位算法,并以Microsoft Visual Studio 2010为平台,开发基准点定位的软件。运行结果表明:该方法可靠性高,可以在复杂的背景下准确的提取目标轮廓并对轮廓进行识别和中心定位,有一定的实用性。 During the PCB board is loaded into the SMT, it appears the deviations .f position and angle. For this problem, all al- gorithm of loeathm of target fidueial point based on OpenCV was introduced, and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 was seleeted as develop- ment Ioois to develop the interface software. Experimental resuhs show that this algorithm has high reliability, it can accurately extract and locate target contour raider complex backgr.und, and interface s.fiware cotsld help to load the localization algorithm, the whole soft- ware has a eerlain praetieality.
