摘要
针对大型选粉机主轴轴承润滑冷却难、散热效果差的问题,设计了一种新型选粉机轴承油润水冷系统。分析了该系统总体结构、冷却、温度检测、润滑、密封等各部分结构与工作原理;运用对流换热的理论建立了物理模型和边界条件,再用FLUENT进行对流换热分析。结果表明,该新型系统的散热效果比传统的系统更佳,能够有效地冷却轴承,满足现代大型选粉机轴承的冷却要求。
A new oil lubricating and water cooling system of classifier bearing was designed to solve the problem that it is quite difficult to lubricate and cool classifier bearing. The systemic structure and working principle were analyzed based on the overall struc- ture of system, cooling, temperature detecting, lubricating, sealing and so on. A physicalmodel and boundary conditions were estab- lished through convection heat transfer theory, then use FLUENT to complete a convective heat transfer analysis, the result shows that the cooling effect of new system is better than conventional system, it could cool bearing down rapiddly and meet the cooling demand of modern large-scale Classifier bearing.
