摘要
依据磁流变阻尼器的技术要求,对具有阻尼通道有效长度短、阻尼力小、行程有限等缺点的环形通道磁流变阻尼器进行改进,提出自行设计的环形折线阻尼通道磁流变阻尼器。对该新型磁流变阻尼器与环形通道磁流变阻尼器进行对比,并建立了该阻尼器的力学模型。然后从阻尼力角度出发,对该阻尼器的阻尼通道间隙h进行理论分析。最后应用MATLAB软件对该阻尼器和环形通道阻尼器建模,绘制电流和阻尼力之间的关系曲线,从比较结果可知新型磁流变阻尼器输出的阻尼力要超过环形通道磁流变阻尼器输出的阻尼力约为2倍以上。
Aiming at the shortcomings of annular channel magneto-rheological (MR) damper such as the short effective length of damping channel, low damping force, limited movement distance, the annular channel damper was improved based on technical re- quirements of MR damper. The annular line damping channel MR damper individual designed was proposed. The new MR damper was compared with the annular channel damper, and mechanical model of the new MR damper was established. The damping channel gap h of new MR damper was theoretically researched started from the point of damping force. Finally the MR damper and annular channel damper were established of model, and the relation curve of electric current and damping force was compared and analyzed with MAT- LAB software. The results of comparison show that the output damping force of new MR damper over the annular channel MR damper is about more than two times.
