循环球式液压助力转向系统建模仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究循环球式液压动力转向器性能参数对汽车转向性能的影响,采用多领域统一建模语言Modelica,在仿真软件Dymola环境下建立了详细的转向器机械子系统模型和液压子系统模型,并将所建模型与该车转向系统其余部分模型相结合,构造出完整的液压助力转向系统模型。通过原地有/无助力转向实验验证,结果表明:所建立的转向器模型及转向系统模型是正确的,能准确反映实车的转向性能。利用所建模型,通过仿真分析能够获得转向器性能参数对车辆操纵性的影响,为进一步对转向器的参数优化提供了依据。 In order to investigate the influence of performance parameters of the recirculating-ba11 hydraulic power steering gear on the characteristics of the automobile steering system, which used a Modelica-based unified modeling language in multi-field, a mathe- matical model was created in detail of the steering gear including mechanical subsystems and the subsystems of hydraulic power in the simulation platform of Dymola software. The model was associated with other parts of the existing mechanical model of the vehicle steer- ing system, and the whole simulation model of hydraulic power steering system was constructed. The results show that the accuracy of the created model of steering gear and model of steering system is verified through on spot steering experiment with considering assis- tance force or not, and the actual steering characteristics of automobile can be shown. With using of this model, the influence of per- formance parameters of the steering gear on the vehicle's handling and stability characteristics can be obtained through simulation analy- sis, which provides a reference to further parametric optimization of the steering gear.
