利用脂肪酶降解油脂改善其产气性能的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章研究了脂肪酶水解不同油脂后对油脂厌氧消化性能的改善。6种油脂分别为猪油、花生油、橄榄油、菜籽油、煎炸废油和抽烟机废油,通过脂肪酶的添加,将油脂进行水解作用,水解后的油脂进行厌氧消化。实验结果表明,脂肪酶对不同油脂水解具有专一性,水解率最高的猪油到达87.5%。水解前后进行油脂厌氧消化产气对比实验,酶解后的油脂产气效率较高,猪油、花生油、菜籽油和煎炸废油的T80分别比未酶解处理的油脂提前9天,2天,2天和6天。脂肪酶水解后对于橄榄油的厌氧消化促进作用效果并不明显,而对于抽烟机废油,酶解后厌氧消化出现了抑制。综上所述,脂肪酶水解油脂对于猪油和煎炸废油效果最佳。 Enzymatic pre-hydrolysis was applied to improve the performance of oil anaerobic digestion. Six types of oil, i. e. lard oil, peanut oil, olive oil, colza oil, used oil, and the wasted oil from the smoke exhauster, were hydrolyzed by li- pase. After that the treated oil and non-treated oil were underwent anaerobic fermentation. The results showed that the lard oil had the highest hydrolysis rate of 87.5%. The T80 of the lard oil, peanut oil, colza oil and used oil were 9 days, 2 days, 2 days and 6 days shorter than that of non enzymatically treated oil, respectively. And the anaerobic digestion of waste oil from smoke exhanster was inhibited after enzymatic hydrolysls.
