摘要
在沼气工程中运用搅拌技术能促进物料和温度的均匀,提高沼气的产气效率。但过度搅拌又会对厌氧发酵产生负作用,影响沼气发酵的正常进行。由于用于沼气发酵原料的多样性和厌氧消化过程的复杂性,使得难于选择适合不同原料沼气发酵的搅拌装置及运行工艺参数。笔者认为开发出一套适合于不同物理特性发酵原料的搅拌方式和搅拌模式应该是目前沼气发酵搅拌工艺的研究方向。
Stirring in biogas engineering could accelerate the uniformity of material and temperature, and boost the produc- tion rate of biogas. But over-stirring will have the opposite effect on anaerobic fermentation and biogas production. There are various fermentation materials, but it is difficult to choose a suitable stirring machines to suit different biogas fermenta- tion materials. The author suggests that it would be better ff the stir researchers to work out a set of stirring methods which could suit the different fermentation materials.
