沼气产品及设备质量安全现状、发展趋势及对策建议

Quality and Safety Situations,Developing Trend and Countermeasures of Biogas Appliances and Facilities

沼气产品及设备是农村沼气建设的关键性和必要性装备,其质量安全状况直接影响我国沼气建设能否持续健康发展,也关乎广大沼气用户的切身利益和人身财产安全。文章分析了我国沼气产品及设备近年来产品种类不断增多、产业规模不断扩大和标准体系初步建立的发展现状,总结了我国沼气产品及设备总体质量状况较好,但产品技术含量不高、产品质量不稳定以及市场竞争机制尚未建立的质量现状,提出未来的发展趋势为逐步向以用户需求为主导的市场销售方向发展、逐步向以市场需求为主导的技术创新方向发展和逐步向以质量信誉为主导的生产管理方向发展,并提出了应加快推进沼气产业化市场化进程、应加快健全沼气技术标准体系和应加快建立质量安全监督机制的建议。

The appliances and facilities of biogas are the key parts of the rural biogas, their qualities have great influence on the rural biogas development, which is related to user＇s benefits and safety. This paper analyzed the increase of facility types, scale expand of biogas industrial and primary establishment of standard system, pointed out that most of the products quality were good but not stable, technical content is not high, and the market competition mechanism was not yet estab- lished. It is suggested that focuses should put on the demand of consumers, and accordingly innovating the technology, en- hancing the quality reputation. And the marketization of biogas industry, establishment of technologic standard system, and the supervision system should be speed up.
