摘要
中国正迈入老龄化社会,众多一线品牌开发商进军养老地产,谋求战略转型。文章分析了此种转型的背景动机,介绍了现行房地产企业常用的养老地产开发模式,并通过案例分析提出,会员制与使用权相结合是适应现阶段社会条件的市场运营模式。
China is stepping into an aging society, where a number of first-class brand developers are beginning to engage in endowment real estate to seek strategic transformation. In this paper, background and motives of such transformation are analyzed. Besides, an introduction is made to common models used by current real estate enterprises for developing endowment real estate. After a case analysis, the integration of membership with right of use is proposed to be a mode of market operation adapting to existing social conditions.
