高价碘氧化剂的制备及其在醛氧化合成腈中的应用 被引量:1

Preparation of Hypervalent Iodine Oxidant and Its Application in Oxidation of Aldehydes into Nitriles

摘要 以对碘苯甲酸为原料,与对甲苯磺酸反应合成了高价碘氧化剂——4-羟基(对甲苯磺酰氧基)碘苯甲酸(1),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和FT-IR表征。以8种醛氧化制备对应腈(3a^3h)为探针反应,考察了1的氧化性。结果表明:3a^3h收率45%~92%;以回收对碘苯甲酸为原料,循环合成3次,1的回收率和氧化性均基本不变。 A hypervalent iodine oxidant,[4-hydroxy( tosyloxy) iodo] benzoic acid( 1),was synthesized by the reaction of 4-iodobenzoic acid with p-toluene sulfonic acid. The structure was characterized by1 ^H NMR,13^ C NMR and FT-IR. The oxidation activities of 1 were investigated by oxidation of eight aldehydes into the corresponding nitriles( 3a - 3h). The results showed that the yield of 3a - 3h were 45% - 92%. The recovery rate and oxidation activity of 1 were both unchanged after recycling for three times,using the cycled 4-iodobenzoic acid as material.
